I’m a songwriter, bass player, and a producer. I’ve been a performing artist for over 24 years and have played over two thousand live gigs in that time. I currently play in two bands, Funny Money and KIX. Funny Money performs when KIX isn’t touring and features my KIX co-horts Steve Whiteman and Jimmy Chalfant with Dean Cramer on guitar. I engineer, produce and mix songs for other artists and have worked with hit producers and hit songwriters. I have a nicely equipped home studio with lots of great amplifiers, mics and a Pro Tools|HD3 rig on Windows.
I currently tour nationally for the past six years with KIX and locally for the last seven years with Funny Money.
I have performed in various club and touring bands regularly since 1985.
I also am a music instructor at Bach to Rock in McLean VA. I teach guitar, bass and recording arts (Pro Tools), covering theory, scales, modes, sight reading, chart reading, counting beats and teaching songs to students while making sure they can understand what they are playing from a harmony standpoint.
